New Firmware update released for DM24 Mk3 digitisers to address GPS Week Number Roll Over (WNRO) issue
DM24 Mk3 Firmware Update
We can confirm that a firmware update for the DM24 Mk3 digitiser is now available. In addition to addressing the 2019 New Week Roll Over issue, this patch will also address the future 2038 New Week Roll Over.
This update will apply to:
*PLEASE NOTE:This update will not apply to a small number of peli-cased DM24 Mk3 units with a USB socket under the lid. If you are unsure if you have one of these systems, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to assist you.

We are not able to provide a GPS firmware update for CD24 digitisers, DM24 Mk2 digitisers or the corresponding integrated instruments
For both of these types of systems we advise a GPS hardware upgrade as the best solution.
We are still advising the GPS receiver hardware upgrade as the best solution. In addition to addressing the 2019 NWRO issue, the new hardware will deliver additional benefits such as:
