A new package for the CMG-DCM allows users to run a SeedLink server directly on the device.
SeedLink is a system for seismic data transfer over networks which uses the MiniSEED format for data, primarily used by the SeisComP seismic network monitoring and analysis system.
This package will be distributed to all users as part of the normal upgrade cycle. To get the package, simply type upgrade whilst your DCM is connected to the Internet.
New configuration options are available to control the server. These can be altered remotely at any time using the DCM's Web page interface or over the command line. For full details, please download the latest documentation from the DCM product page.
