As part of the restructuring of our world wide network of representatives, GSL has set-up its own sales and technical service centre in the United States, staffed by immediate GSL employees. From this new office we will be able to support the full range of our products.
A warehouse in California with an extensive array of products and spare parts will complement this office. This will allow us to implement fundamental changes in our repair procedures. From now on, we will be able to ship "loaner" equipment to customers, while their instruments are on repair. This will drastically reduce the "downtime" of stations and networks.
