Reimaging DCMs with Platinum Firmware

There are two options for upgrading CMG-DCM units to Platinum firmware:

Reimage: Use this to upgrade a working DCM over Ethernet or serial (RS232).
Reflash: Use this to upgrade a malfunctioning DCM over serial (RS232). Requires physical access for power cycling.
