CMG-5TB

CMG-5TB CMG-5TB

Güralp Systems' CMG-5TB borehole accelerometer is a low-noise triaxial force feedback instrument, equivalent to the CMG-5T vault accelerometer, designed for borehole applications.

Features

  • Flat acceleration from DC to 100 – 200 Hz
  • Waterproof and durable, with “O”-ring seals throughout
  • Suitable for installation with sand backfill to minimise convection
  • Additional high gain output
  • Remote DC offset zeroing

Options

  • Single-jaw hole lock unit for installing in boreholes between 89 and 178 mm diameter
  • Electronic compass module for determining downhole orientation
  • Cable strain relief mechanism (standard if a downhole digitizer is not used)
