CMG-5TB
Güralp Systems' CMG-5TB borehole accelerometer is a low-noise triaxial force feedback instrument, equivalent to the CMG-5T vault accelerometer, designed for borehole applications.
Features
- Flat acceleration from DC to 100 – 200 Hz
- Waterproof and durable, with “O”-ring seals throughout
- Suitable for installation with sand backfill to minimise convection
- Additional high gain output
- Remote DC offset zeroing
Options
- Single-jaw hole lock unit for installing in boreholes between 89 and 178 mm diameter
- Electronic compass module for determining downhole orientation
- Cable strain relief mechanism (standard if a downhole digitizer is not used)
