A number of companies around the world have agreed with Guralp Systems to act as service centres for our products. Through these service centres, you can access the full range of Guralp Systems’ seismic instrumentation and services, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Our service centres can accommodate customers’ changing requirements, and advise on our latest technologies as they emerge. Training courses can be organised either at the service centre or in the field, with occasional intensive training sessions held at Guralp Systems’ head office.
Maintenance
Together, Guralp Systems and our service centres offer maintenance and troubleshooting services 24/7, so your technical support questions can be handled easily and quickly. All service centres have trained engineers on hand, and most instrument repairs can be done locally. If an instrument does need to be returned to the Guralp Systems factory for repair, the service centre will handle all the necessary paperwork.
