Equipment Returns

Before returning any equipment to us you must have a RMA number which will supplied on receipt of a support enquiry. The RMA number should be marked prominently on all outer packaging. If you are returning multiple items, please attach a tag to each items and mark the RMA number on each tag.

The original packaging should be used unless it is damaged. It is very important, when re-packing instruments, that the foam inserts are inserted in the correct order. Please click this link for details.
