Chapter 4. Connector pin-outs
4.1 Instrument connector
This is a standard 26-pin “mil-spec” socket, conforming to MIL-DTL-26482 (formerly MIL-C-26482). A typical part-number is 02E-16-26S although the initial “02E” varies with manufacturer. Suitable mating connectors have part-numbers like ***-16-26P and are available from Amphenol, ITT Cannon and other manufacturers. |

4.2 Digitiser connector
This is a standard 26-pin “mil-spec” plug, conforming to MIL-DTL-26482 (formerly MIL-C-26482). A typical part-number is 02E-16-26P although the initial “02E” varies with manufacturer. * DM24 digitisers normally provide active-low control outputs but the “calibration enable” input of the pre-amplifier is active-high. CTBTO models can be switched to active-high mode by connecting pin V to logic ground (pin Y). The Güralp ELP-0110 provides this connection internally.
