There are seismic arrays located around the world monitoring for nuclear weapons testing in breach of the international test ban treaty. As well as supplying many of the seismometers utilised across the global array network, for many years, Güralp has operated the UK's monitoring array, with a dedicated team on site to ensure an uninterrupted service.
