7.1 Integration high-pass corner frequency

Data from accelerometer instruments may be assigned to velocity based processors, for example PGV. The application integrates the acceleration data to produce velocity values. In order to minimise DC offset, a high-pass filter is used. The corner frequency of this filter can be set on the Integration tab of the set up form as shown below:

7.2 Units

Each processor has different engineering units. These are selected on the Units tab on the set-up form.

The units set here for each processor are used: when setting the peak trigger level on the processor configuration forms; in email and SMS text messages; and on the main form.
