BOREHOLE QUESTIONNAIRE
Because each borehole has its own characteristics, like diameter, depth and the type of infrastructure around the wellhead, no two borehole sensors, their cables and periphery are built exactly the same. In order for Güralp Systems Ltd. to optimally customise the equipment you want to purchase for your situation, we would like to know as many details about your borehole as possible. For this reason we ask you to fill out this questionnaire. The information you provide here does not only help our sales team to put together the proper equipment solution for you. It will also enable our installation team to plan in detail for the deployment and to avoid lengthy and costly delays once in the field.
Please take the time to answer each question with as much detail as possible. If you do not know an answer, try to find it out or mark the question as “not known”. If there is any additional information about your borehole, please provide it to us as well. And rest assured, the information you provide here will be treated by us in absolute confidentiality.
