SUMMER INTERNSHIPS
We have a small number of sales internships available over the summer period for periods of six weeks to three months.
THE ROLE:
A paid role, your day to day responsibilities will include preparing quotations for our sales team and distributors; working with the support of the sales, operations and engineering teams to progress the tender processes.
The internship will provide you with key skills for an entry level commercial role within the technical sector and experience of the day to day operations of an instrumentation manufacturer.
ABOUT YOU:
Due to the niche, highly technical nature of our business we are offering these internships for students currently studying or about to start studying a Science, Geography, Physics, Maths or Engineering degree.
Other desirable skills and experience include:
- Commercial awareness
- Team working internally and externally
- Communicating effectively – verbally and in writing
- Taking responsibility for owning and managing a problem - and solving it
- Learning quickly
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Working requirements:
To apply, you must be either a UK national or have settled or pre-settled status in the UK.
Please note that this is an office based role located at our Head Office at Aldermaston in Berkshire (near Reading).
